Founded in 1930, the Golden Bear Oil Company, now Tricor Refining, LLC, has been a marketer of naphthenic oils for more than half a century. For more than 40 years, Tricor Refining, LLC has marketed specialized asphalt rejuvenating and recycling oils and emulsions, along with restorative seals, crack fillers and dust retardants.

Jackson, Mississippi www.ergon.com and San Joaquin Refining, Inc., Bakersfield, California www.sjr.com  Ergon, Inc. is a privately held corporation headquartered in Jackson, MS that operates diverse businesses under two primary groups. The engineered products and services group includes operations as a refiner, transporter, producer, distributor and marketer of petroleum products. The manufactured products group manufactures and markets various products ranging from computer boards and systems to road maintenance products and equipment. Crafco, Inc. is a well known Ergon company which manufactures innovative pavement maintenance products and equipment including hot pour asphalt crack sealants.

San Joaquin Refining is an independent oil refiner with manufacturing, sales and support operations located in Bakersfield, California specializing in the supply of products to industries from construction to automotive to printing and manufacturing.

Tricor's refinery is located in Oildale, California. The three companies manufacture and market refined products from napthenic crude.
